Jon and Anne-Marie took on the leadership of Eternal Life in 2025 and are passionate about building a healthy church that reflects the heart of Jesus—where legacy is honoured, people are empowered, and every generation finds belonging.
Jon and Anne-Marie serve as Co-Senior Pastors of Eternal Life Ministries, they felt a clear call from God to co-lead the ministry as a couple — a calling marked by prayer, unity, and confirmation from both the church and its leaders.
Their heart is to see Eternal Life Ministries flourish as a place of healing, discipleship, and outreach—where the presence of God transforms lives and the love of Christ is made known.
Founding Pastors
Don & Debbie Phillips
Don and Debbie founded Eternal Life Ministries in 2010 with a simple yet powerful vision — to build a church grounded in God’s Word and alive with His Spirit.
For over a decade, they have faithfully led the church with love, grace, and unwavering faith. Don continues to serve as a denominational supervisor within the Church of the Foursquare Gospel in Western Australia, while Debbie remains a vital part of the church family, continuing to minister through encouragement and worship.
Their legacy of faith and obedience continues to shape who we are today.

Geoff & Margaret Pittuck
Pastors Geoff and Margaret have been part of Eternal Life Ministries since its early days and together with Jon, Anne-Marie, Don and Debbie, serve faithfully as Elders. Their wisdom, steady faith, and pastoral hearts bring strength and encouragement to the church community.
They embody what it means to serve with humility and love — always ready to pray, listen, and support others in their walk with Christ.
