Eternal Life Ministries is a Spirit-empowered, Bible-based church in Perth, Western Australia. We exist to share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ and to see people grow in faith, purpose, and leadership.

At Eternal Life Ministries, our purpose is simple and clear:

‘Share Jesus!’

We exist so that people can encounter Jesus personally — to know His love, experience His power, and walk in the fullness of life He offers. Everything we do as a church flows from this calling.

What This Looks Like

  • Spirit-Empowered: Prayerful. Dependent on the Holy Spirit. Guided by God.

  • Raising Leaders: Intentional development. Character before position.

How This Vision Was Formed

In late September 2025, in the week prior to a significant leadership transition within the church, two days were intentionally set aside for prayer, worship, and seeking God’s direction for the future of Eternal Life Ministries.

During this time, the leadership withdrew, stepping away from normal routines and distractions to focus solely on the Lord. Time was spent in quiet reflection and outdoors in nature, contemplating God’s faithfulness and seeking His guidance.

These days were marked by:

  • Earnest prayer and worship
  • Anointing with oil
  • Sharing communion
  • Listening attentively for the Lord’s direction

This was not simply strategic planning, but a spiritual posture of surrender — seeking alignment with the heart and purposes of God.

A key Scripture during this time was Isaiah 51:1–3:

“Look to the rock from which you were cut…
When I called him he was only one man, and I blessed him and made him many…
The Lord will surely comfort Zion… He will make her deserts like Eden.”

From this passage, three clear convictions emerged:

1. Honour the Foundation

“Look to the rock from which you were cut.”

Eternal Life Ministries stands on a foundation of prayer, faithfulness, and sacrifice. The past is honoured and built upon.

Integrity, accountability, and faithful stewardship ensure that what has been entrusted to this church remains strong for generations to come.

2. Trust God for Increase

“When I called him he was only one man, and I blessed him and made him many.”

Growth belongs to God.

Small beginnings do not limit His purposes. As leaders are raised and every believer is equipped, trust remains in God to bring multiplication in His time.

3. Believe for Restoration and Flourishing

“He will make her deserts like Eden.”

God restores. He revives. He brings life where things seem dormant or barren. We believe He desires to transform lives, families, and communities through the power of the gospel.

Our purpose and vision flow from this time of listening and discernment.

In 2026, we are focusing on three simple but powerful priorities that shape how we live out our mission to share Jesus.

Love

Loving God. Loving People.

We want to grow deeper in our love for God and stronger in our love for people.

This means:

  • Prioritising prayer and God’s presence
  • Creating a culture of belonging
  • Showing compassion in practical ways
  • Helping the marginalised participate

Love is more than words — it’s action.

Lead

Raising and Equipping People

We believe every believer has a calling.

In 2026, we are intentionally:

  • Developing leaders
  • Equipping people to share their faith
  • Providing training in ministry and discipleship
  • Encouraging everyone to use their spiritual gifts

The church is strongest when everyone is activated.

Local

Reaching Our Community

We believe God has placed us here for a reason.

This year we are:

  • Strengthening connections in our local community
  • Partnering with schools and community groups
  • Expanding outreach initiatives
  • Creating spaces where people can encounter Jesus

We don’t just attend church — we are part of the body of Christ in our city.
